I wanted to send you a note to thank you and your crew for a job well done.
You had quite a challange to rid my house of the Raccoons. I believe your team caught 5 adults and 6 babies in total!
But from the first day everything kept moving forward as planned, no matter how much trouble those crittters presented themselves to you.
Your team came to the house, size up the situation, got ahold of my insurance company, (which covered everything), and started the trapping process.
The animals were captured and your repair crew came in and fix the holes in the roof, where the Raccoons chewed through to gain entrance to my Attic area. After that the paint crew repaired the holes in the overhang area of the house and painted the outside soffit and fascia. Then finally the attic team removed my insulation whch had been contaminated by the Raccoons that were living there, Fogged the attic with the disinfectant, and finally blew new insulation the attic.
Other than a few stubborn baby raccoons that wouldn’t come out of the soffit, everything went perfect.
Thanks again for your hard work and extra effort on this project.

I had an unwelcomed guest in my attic so I called around looking for anyone who could help. Ryan answered the first time I called and was able to follow me through the entire process. He was extremely helpful and thorough. The guest ended up being a possum, and he was caught merely 3 hours after he set the trap.
